Reflection question: how did my singing assessment go?

Today in theory class, i did my singing assessment with my group which consist of me, astri, shafiera, ichan, and sake. i be the 2nd voice of the choir. my assessment went well and i think i did a great job but i think i am a bit nervous at that time so that my voice is too soft and my body gesture is not that good.

Today, we don't have any instrument class because i use the time for singing assessment. i watches people singing and it makes me a bit nervous, but when it comes to our group's turn, i became so confident.

Reflection question: how does business and industry effects music-makers and users?

Business and industry help music makers/composer to produce and introduce their songs to the world. it gives so many benefits to the song writer because they could produce some money from what they did. t also gives much benefits to the listener because they could listen to a lot of new songs and they could be introduced to many good musician that they haven't known before. it has lots of benefits throughout the world as well.

today, i use my instrument class to practice for my singing assessment. i practice with my group which consist of me, astri, shafiera, ichan, and sake. i do the 2nd voice and we had 3 voices. i think we are god but we till need a lot of practice to make it better.

Reflection question: How have developments in technology changed the way in which we enggage with music?

the developments in technology will effects our engagement with music. as the time passes by, people invent more advanced technology such as MP3 player, iPod, laptop, television. that technology can make us have more relationship and bonded with music. it makes us knows more about the music nowadays and it also make us easier to listen to music anytime and anywhere.

Today, we don't have time to go to our instrument class because we use our time to do our notation test. it was hard but i think i could do the test well and i hope i got a great score.

Reflection question: what are the functions of music in society?

the function of music in society could be a lot. music could be for a hobby, occupation, and to help us concentrate and calm us down as a relaxation. music can also be the accompaniment for a dance. and there are still a lot of function of music in society. this week i learnt about the functions of music and i will have a presentation about it with my group

in today's instrument class. we just play and practice the f major scale and f major 7th because we didn't have enough time in order to finish our notation test that we had. i did a great job and i think i have a lot of improvement in playing my flute

music is one of my major needs because of the relaxing melody and sometimes inspire me to do something that i was afraid to do so. it is also increases my mood and improving my progress because it help me to be more excited about the topic. it helps me to do my exercise and workout and by that, i become more healthier

in instrument class, i didn't do anything with my flute because of the limited time and i also left my flute at my locker. but we choose the songs that we want to learn and perform for this topic and hopefully i choose the right one.
